By placing an order with Derma Contour Concept Store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Order Placement

  • All orders must be placed through our official website, social media channels, or authorized representatives.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, phone number) is accurate and complete.
  • Derma Contour Concept Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are only confirmed after successful payment or verification (for pay-on-delivery, where applicable).
  • You will receive a confirmation message via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is processed.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euro or Pounds and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept secure payment methods including bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other available payment gateways.
  • Full payment must be made before order processing, except where pay-on-delivery is offered.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen delivery method.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and Derma Contour Concept Store will not be held liable for such delays.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we maintain strict hygiene standards:

  • Returns are only accepted if:
    • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
    • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the item
  • To qualify for a return:
    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
  • Approved returns may be eligible for:
    • Exchange for the correct product
    • Store credit
    • Refund (where applicable)

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Discounted or promotional items

8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit
  • Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable

9. Inspection on Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect all items upon delivery. Any issues must be reported immediately or within 24 hours.


10. Limitation of Liability

Derma Contour Concept Store shall not be liable for:

  • Allergic reactions or misuse of products
  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services
  • Loss or damage after successful delivery
