The compact Woson New Tanco 12 L autoclave is an indispensable piece of equipment for any beauty salon, nail salon, or other facility where maintaining the sterility of tools used during procedures is essential . Sterilization with the highest medical-grade Class B autoclave ensures full effectiveness and safety of the process , facilitating the maintenance of high hygiene standards in the salon. The equipment is designed for sterilizing both medical and non-medical instruments , both packaged and unpackaged, solid, hollow, Type A, and porous items. The device should only be operated by qualified personnel with knowledge and appropriate training in the use of this type of equipment.
Improvements to increase functionality
The device is equipped with a control panel with an LED display , allowing you to select appropriate programs and parameters and monitor the process. A built-in thermal printer allows you to print out confirmation of the sterilization process, including information such as the date and time of the cycle, temperature changes, and pressure. Additionally, a connector on the back of the device allows you to connect a dedicated printer, if necessary, and a USB port allows you to save sterilization results digitally on the included flash drive . Built-in tanks for distilled and used water significantly streamline operation. The device also features a distilled water quality control function. The self-diagnosis system alerts you to errors by displaying appropriate messages, such as a door not closed properly or the need to empty the tank or replace the water, reducing the risk of equipment damage.
Sterilization, testing and cleaning programs available
The autoclave is programmed with: 4 sterilization programs , 2 test programs (allowing for three tests: Vacuum Test, B&D Test, and Helix Test), a program for regular pipe maintenance and cleaning (Automatic Pipe Cleaning), and a drying program (Drying Function) that meets the requirements of higher-standard drying . This allows for the selection of parameters to suit individual needs and the prepared load. It is also possible to set and save your own sterilization parameters via the personalized mode (CUSTOM).
